Today’s Extraordinary General Meeting wasn’t just about decisions, it was about direction.

A truly energising session with our Learning & Development team as we continue shaping the future of learning at Daythree.

The team explored our long term vision, reflected on our digital culture, experimented with AI, engaged in collaborative design activities, and developed a structured learning roadmap supported by a gallery walk that brought every idea together. The level of thought, creativity and ownership displayed throughout the session was remarkable.

From digital capability building to scalable learning, mentorship culture, data driven insights and continuous innovation, the team demonstrated strong commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for our people.

Last weekend reminded us how powerful it is when people come together with energy, purpose and positivity.

We had 90 Daythree rockstars join Jom Jalan with NPC 2025, our biggest participation yet. It was more than a race walk. It was a celebration of wellbeing, teamwork and community spirit.

What made the day special were the moments in between. Our rockstars were cheering each other on, sharing conversations along the route and crossing the finish line with a strong sense of togetherness. These are the moments that strengthen our culture and bring us closer as a team.

We are proud of everyone who showed up and represented Daythree with heart.
