"This year’s Deepavali celebration was a beautiful reminder of how our diversity strengthens and connects us together. We came together as a family to honor the Festival of Lights with joy, unity, and a deep appreciation for the rich traditions that make this occasion so special. ✨

The event was filled with incredible moments, starting with the beautiful performances that showcased the incredible talent of our Rockstars.

Our team also came together for a thoughtful session where we delved into the deeper meaning of Deepavali - reflecting on its symbolism of good triumphing over evil, the importance of light in dispelling darkness, and the values of love, hope and prosperity that resonate with all of us.

Thank you to everyone who made this celebration a memorable one, and here's to more shared celebrations and continued success as a team!

Selvaraj joins Daythree as a seasoned operations and revenue growth expert with over 25 years of experience in contact centers and shared services. He has a proven track record of success in strategic business development, process reengineering, and enhancing customer experience across various industries.

Prior to joining Daythree, Selvaraj held key leadership roles at leading organizations. As a Senior Delivery Manager for the ASEAN market at Accenture, he honed his skills in delivering complex infrastructure, technology, and service solutions. As Managing Director of APAC Shared Service Operations, he led a team responsible for significant revenue growth across multiple departments, including Inside Sales, Customer Service, Collections, Finance, Human Resources, and Digital Marketing. Additionally, as VP and Head of Contact Centre, he provided strategic leadership in core contact center functions. Selvaraj’s impressive career is highlighted by significant achievements, including receiving GOLD awards for CCAM Contact Centre (over 100 seats) in 2010 and 2011, and being recognized as the Best Contact Centre Manager in 2011.
