It was a heartwarming and insightful day as we welcomed representatives from the Indonesia Contact Centre Association (ICCA), together with CCAM members, Mr. Tommy Ng and Sujatha, to Daythree.
The visit was filled with smiles, meaningful conversations, and valuable knowledge sharing. Our guests had the opportunity to learn more about who we are, our core values, and the systems and innovations that continue to drive Daythree forward.
They also toured our Contact Centre floors, where they experienced the energy and dedication behind our daily operations.
