Daythree was honoured to host the Selangor Global Business Services (GBS) Industry Working Group 1/2026, an initiative organised by Invest Selangor Berhad, alongside a site visit to our Centre of Innovation Hub.

Chaired by YB Tuan Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade & Mobility, the session convened key leaders including YBhg. Dato’ Hasan Azhari bin Haji Idris, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Selangor Berhad; Raymond Devadass, Chief Executive Officer of Daythree and Chair of GBS Malaysia; and Raja Segaran, Director, State Digital Economy Office (SDEO), Corporate Affairs, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation.

Discussions focused on strengthening Selangor’s position as a regional GBS hub through innovation adoption, digital workforce development, and stronger industry–government collaboration.

The delegation also experienced a live demonstration of Daythree’s AI Avatar Bot, showcasing how AI-driven customer engagement solutions are shaping the future of digital services.

Daythree extends its appreciation to Invest Selangor Berhad and looks forward to continued collaboration in advancing the GBS ecosystem.
