Together, these platforms represent Daythree’s transformation from a manpower led BPS provider into a software enabled, intelligence driven and AI governed enterprise.

Receiving the CIO BPO Award is especially meaningful to Daythree. It reflects a journey that began on the frontline of customer operations and the many years spent learning, challenging established practices and working with extraordinary people to build something better.

It belongs to every Daythree colleague who designed, developed, tested, implemented and improved these platforms, as well as our clients and partners who trusted us to transform their operations.

We are proud of what we have built, but this is only the beginning.

How can AI create meaningful impact beyond the workplace?

For us, it starts by putting practical digital skills into the hands of people who can use them to transform their livelihoods.

Last weekend, Daythree launched the pilot session of Project Elevate: Empowering Business Sales with AI, WhatsApp Business & Sales Skills, in collaboration with Women Of Will (WoW).

As one of Daythree's first community-focused skills development initiatives, Project Elevate is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with practical AI, digital, and customer engagement skills that they can immediately apply to grow their businesses.

The one-day programme brought together home-based entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, including the food and beverage and skincare industries. Through interactive, hands-on sessions, participants explored AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI, learned how to optimise WhatsApp Business, and strengthened their sales and customer service capabilities.

We believe technology creates its greatest impact when it is practical, accessible, and centred on people. AI should not only transform businesses but also empower individuals, opening doors to new opportunities, and enable communities to thrive in an increasing digital community.

This marks the beginning of our collaboration with more training sessions planned in the months ahead to support and empower even more women entrepreneurs through practical digital and AI skills. A heartfelt thank you to Women Of Will for partnering with us on this meaningful initiative, to our trainers for generously sharing their expertise, and most importantly, to every participant for your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new possibilities.

Building a digital workforce starts with learning by doing.

In this session of our Learning AI Series, our rockstars explored the fundamentals of Voicebot Creation and discovered how conversational AI can be used to build engaging, functional voicebots for interactive webpages.

Through practical learning and real-world applications, participants gained hands-on exposure to AI tools while exploring how voicebots can enhance user experiences and support smarter digital interactions.

At Daythree, we believe learning doesn't stop in the classroom. It continues through our everyday work. That's why this session went beyond hands-on practice, with participants completing a scenario-based assessment to reinforce key learnings and apply them to practical, real-world situations.

Every session is another step towards strengthening our AI capabilities and empowering our people with the skills to embrace emerging technologies with confidence.

During the L&D Future Ready Workshop for the Second Half of the Year, we came together for a meaningful session focused on transforming ideas into actionable plans.

Each L&D pillar, including Mentorship, Onboarding, and Analytics, showcased its blueprint. The session also included SWOT analysis and team alignment to strengthen each initiative and support the overall L&D roadmap for the next three years.

Through the Start, Continue, Stop reflection, participants identified the actions they should begin, the practices they should continue strengthening, and the areas they should stop to improve the overall learning experience.

More than just a planning session, the workshop encouraged meaningful discussions, stronger collaboration, shared ownership, and a clearer direction towards building a future ready organisation.

The tournament brought our colleagues together for an exciting day filled with intense matches, impressive skills, friendly competition, and plenty of memorable moments both on and off the screen.
