Our 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) marked more than another milestone for Daythree, reflecting how far we have come together as an organisation.

This year's AGM brought together leaders and key stakeholders in a focused dialogue on the rapidly shifting digital and customer experience landscape. Across the session, conversations naturally turned to how quickly expectations are changing across industries, and what it means for organisations to stay adaptable, forward-looking, and resilient in an environment that continues to evolve.

More than a formal gathering, the AGM reflected the values that continue to shape Daythree's journey through trust, collaboration, resilience, and a shared commitment to delivering smarter customer experiences. These values were not just referenced, but felt throughout the discussions, reinforcing the company's direction as it enters the next phase of growth. This included ongoing exploration of potential global partnerships, alongside a growing team that now stands at over 2,000 employees, marking both the scale of it's operations and the people behind it's progress.

As the organisation continues to grow in both capability and capacity, that progress is increasingly visible in how solutions are built and applied in real settings. This came to life during the live demonstration of Daythree's proprietary solutions, where stakeholders were able to see how digital capabilities translate into day-to-day improvements, from efficiency gains to more seamless and intelligent customer experiences across service touchpoints.

Taken together, these moments reflected a company that is not only growing, but actively strengthening what already works while shaping what comes next through continuous innovation and execution.

As the AGM drew to a close, we did so with gratitude for every individual who contributed to this journey and confidence in the path ahead.

A huge thank you to CCAM for organizing such a remarkable event. It was truly a privilege to be in the same room as some of the biggest names in the industry, including the CEO of MDEC, Mr. Anuar Fadzil, and many other visionary leaders who are shaping the future of digital Malaysia.
