Daythree won the Best Digital Innovation Award at the Contact Centre Association Malaysia (CCAM) 2019 Industry Excellence Awards ceremony last night.

“This award is truly a testament to the hard work we put-in to optimize customer experience through cutting-edge technology”, said Raymond Devadass, CEO. ”This award is made special by the fact that we choose to participate in just one award category this year – and we made it ours by bagging the Gold Award!”

The Digital Innovation Award is presented to the contact centre that delivers digital innovation to enhance customer experience and agent efficiency.   The winner is measured by effectiveness of the technology deployed, adoption of new technologies and the impact to customers, agents and the organization as a whole.
