We are extremely honoured and proud to announce that Daythree won four (4) CCAM Industry Excellence Awards at this year’s awards ceremony held on 30th September 2022 at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya. The awards were for (1) Best Digital Innovation Program (Best Data Security Practices in a Contact Centre), (2) Best Digital Innovation Program (Best Use of Data Analytics in a Contact Centre), (3) Best New Contact Centre Project: Outsourced Inbound and (4) Best Outbound Contact Centre: Outsourced Outbound.
