Daythree has been named winner of GBS Asia Awards 2020 in the Contact Centre Operational Excellence and Best Practices Business Process Transformation categories, at the GBS Asia Awards this evening.
In addition, Daythree also won two (2) more awards in the corporate category for Best Practices in Information Technology, and Best Practices in Business Continuity Plan.
These highest corporate category awards are to recognize performance across the entire operational spectrum, specific to services being offered to the end-user. It recognizes capabilities across service delivery, solution’s relevance, people and technology competencies, process excellence and improvements, client value and attainment of operational outcomes.
Organized by PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia & Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), the GBS Asia Awards program is an independent business awards program, judged by members of the industry, to recognize and reward excellence in business services. These Awards are aimed at recognizing excellence across both organizations and individuals that have greatly contributed to development, enhancement and growth of the business services marketplace.
Winners of the GBS Asia Awards 2020 were determined by an independent panel of international judges, identified from the length and breadth of the larger business services marketplace.
