Dato’ Ting Heng Peng, male, Malaysian, 63, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Daythree Digital Berhad on 25 August 2022.

In 1982, he graduated from University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons). Upon graduation, he went to England and obtained his Bachelor of Law (Hons) at the University of Essex in 1985. He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1985 and was called to the Degree of an Utter Barrister in the following year. He has over 35 years of working experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation since he was admitted to the Malaysian bar in 1987. He is currently the managing partner of Messrs Ting Asiah & Co.

Dato’ Ting is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Supermax Corporation Berhad and Independent Non-Executive Director of Mercury Industries Berhad, both listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
