    Head of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance

Joma Paul serves as the Head of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance at Daythree, bringing over 12 years of cybersecurity expertise. His experience spans industries such as banking, finance, legal, consulting, SaaS, healthcare, and insurance. Joma holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and is a Certified Network & System Auditor (GIAC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).

Joma excels in developing security policies, procedures, and frameworks, ensuring network and system security, and enhancing business application security. He has led ISO 27001 and 9001 audits, PCI-DSS and SOC 2 (Type 2) compliance, and IT audits, significantly strengthening Daythree’s  organizational security frameworks.

At Daythree, Joma’s notable achievements include awards for Best Business Continuity Implementation during COVID-19 and Best Data Security in contact center environments. His vision is to further enhance Daythree’s security posture, drive innovation, and ensure compliance, maintaining a forward-looking optimism for the company’s future.
