Ven Sze is the Chief People Officer at Daythree.  She, brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to fostering an environment where people thrive.  Beginning her career in FMCG MNCs with a Bachelor of Economics, she quickly excelled in brand expansion before shifting her focus to human resources.  Her adeptness in aligning business goals with talent strategies spans diverse industries.

Certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Ven Sze champions inspirational leadership, emphasizing clarity, trust, and compassion to maximize individual and organizational potential.  Beyond professional achievements, she finds fulfillment in teaching, community service, and enriching others’ lives.
